I gained 4 lbs while on my period have anyone else experienced this??

Every single month.

I stall for a a couple weeks or three starting right then, gaining up a few.. then holding.. holding.. and drop.

VSG on 07/22/11

Always gain 3-4 pounds and then get stuck there for awhile. Evenetually I lose it plus a few pounds before it starts all over again.

The first time I started after surgery I gained too. Every time since then (which has been a month straight) I lose very little. My hormones went CRAZY with surgery too.

My entire life, I have gained 3 pounds each month. Just the way it is.

HW: 318.6 Pre-surgery Weight: 268.6 CW: 149 Sleeve Date: March 19, 2012
- 169.6 pounds! Doctor established medical goal weight = 165. I lost 50 pounds before getting sleeved. Current BMI = 27 Original starting BMI = `58.3 Tummy Tuck: 01-04-13
