Stricture question?

Well, been a little over a week and finally got in to see my doctor yesterday.  She thinks I have a stricture and they will go in and fix it tomorrow.  Anyone ever have this and what happened.  Thanks everyone.

I was feeling great, am down 55 lbs since Feb 9th, then bam this happened and have been feeling miserable since last Sunday.

Just got over my stricture by Dr Sudan doing a balloon dilation during an upper endoscopy and OMG, I felt soooooo much better that it was unbelievable. Before the EGD, I had intense nausea and vomiting and afterwards (after a day of liquids), I am back on soft foods.

Upper endo is so easy - you won't remember it. Oh, I had a bit of a sore throat but that was it. Now in my case they told me I would have to go back in a week to do it again. . . but I don't care
