Do you have a gym membership?  You could do the treadmill or elliptical at a low speed.  I think walking is a good light workout.

Either just straight up walking...or Leslie Sansone has a couple walking DVDs you can do in your living room.  I got mine at Target.  I think I'll go put on my tennis shoes and do it now...

You must permanently change your lifestyle if you want your weight loss to be permanent. You can do it!

I agree, walking is your best bet. You can start off slow and then eventually do brisk walking. You cannot go wrong with walking.

Definitely walking.  I'm pre-op, but trying to build an exercise program now rather than later.  You can take walking at your own speed and slowly ramp up each week.

Once your incisions are healed, you can swim too.
