Tomato a no go
Dangit. Tried the tomato soup I made again today and it still didn't go down well. Sucks because it's so tasty. Switched to some strained vegetable soup of some sort and no issues.
I was pretty bad today. I drank a ton of water and a protein shake but only a few spoonfuls of that broth.
Just feeling crabby with hubby fight and not feeling like eating. First time in my life that has ever happened. I would probably be through with a sleeve of Oreos by now on a typical night.
Tomorrow is a new day. Maybe I'll go crazy and try some Greek yogurt. :)

Perosnally, I love the fact that I can't turn to food anymore in the same way I used to. Forces me to find other ways to deal with my problems, which is a definite good thing, IMO.
I hate you had such a rough day, though... for what it's worth, my instructions say to give foods that don't sit right at least a week before you try them again. You may be able to eat it again later on, but just not right now.

Tip on the Greek yogurt - I get the unflavored fat free and use my MiO water nhancers to add flavor with no calories. I had strawberry this morning - yummy.

It saves you a ton of calories that you can use for veggies. Today I had abou 552 closes total( incl vitamins), with78 g of protein. I burned about 1600 with exercise.
Todays menu was
B 225 g ff Greek yogurt
L 4 oz grilled chiken
D 225 g cottage cheese, f free
S: 50 g of steamed baby carrots + 51 g of steamed snow peas.

I'm really very happy and satisfied with what I've been eating. Especially with the exercise - I'm not hungry.
