I've seen a lot of people post that they use sugar free syrups or crystal light to sweeten yogurt...so many great tips on here!

I prefer not to use crystal light.  It's too acid for my taste and adds too many calories.

I have got to be buying the wrong greek yogurt cause I am not finding it tasty at all...I have tried the yoplaits and oikos. To me it taste like sour cream and fruit  Is there another brand that is better?

I get the Kroger fat free plain greekyogurt.  You can also get chain or oikos.  Try to get as low carb as you can.

Mio is a flavoring made for drinks, usually sold in the same aisle as crystal light.  You can add it to anything youd add a drink powder to.  Its zero calorie though - just flavor.

Ehh....you are only six days out and tomatoes are very acidic.

Try it again in a few weeks and I'm sure you will be ok.
