I agree with the other posters- try adding magnesium. Also, at a year out have you been addin gback in fruits and vegis? Since adding back in some fruit/vegis I've been soooooo much better. And, I'm careful about it and still losing. I do 1 C frozen strawberries and 1/2 C fresh spinach and make my protein shake into a smoothie for breakfast. Makes a big, thick creamy smoothie that I sip on the frist half of my morning. Some days I do plain greek yogurt with frozen triple berry mix. I've made a point of adding in a few bites of vegis at lunch and dinner- ie. add peppers to scrambled eggs, tiny side of broccoli or salad with my fish or chicken. It all adds up and has helped me a lot! I used to eat lots of fruits/veg preop and like them. Just another suggestion- good luck!
Oh- and regular exercise helps. And, if all else fails for me- a big cup of regular coffee. :)
