I have always had a 3 day rule.
If it doesn't get better in 3 days OR if it gets worse...get thee to a doctor.
try all the usual remedies such as eat less/drink more...phillips milk of mag....put your feet up...etc.
Then see if it helps. If not...get thee to a doctor.
