Same as Jo, I drink one first thing in the morning, then start on my coffee.  My protein goal is around 100 gms/day, and this helps me do it.  I stick with Premier Protein, though, which also gets me 500 mg of calcium.

I'm 10 months out; I'm at goal.

I drink two shakes (each 23 g for 46 total) to help me hit 100 g protein a day.

Almost 6 mo. out and usually none as I get all my protien from food.. 75-100 grm.

I still drink @ least one per day and sometimes two if I am busy working and dont eat my food like I am supposed to. My protein goals are 60-80 grams per day.. I have not been able to drink any of the powdered proteins I was drinking the premier protein shakes and I have switched to the GNC ready made shakes...I love them..yummy :)

I am 10 weeks out and I drink one bottle of Isopure throughout the day. 40g of protein. Blue raspberry is my flavor of choice.

I am one week shy of 8 months postop.

I drink 2 28 oz. bottles of Unjury unflavored protein mixed with crystal lite every day.  Each bottle is 80 cal and 20 gm protein.

5 1/2 months post-op and I drink 2 shakes a day.  Always one for breakfast and either one for lunch or before or after a workout.  
I like the Pure Protein Shakes with 35 grams of protein and the Myoplex Original Protein Shake with 42 grams of protein.

3.5 years out (almost) and still 2 a day.  One in the morning early and one after the gym.  I am still quite restricted and no way can I eat 100 grams of protein a day.

I am 16 mo out. I drink one premier rtd chocolate mixed with my coffee every morning. If I'm working out a lot or low on the protein I have a second one for snack, I like jay Robb chocolate mixed with almond milk and one tablespoon of pb2 (tastes like reeses pb cup).
I like protein bars (quest), but I like them too much, I had to stop buying them!
