Did my Curves work out this morning before work !!!! Will try to get in 2 to 3 times walk around the parking lot this afternoon !

Goal - this week, Curves 4x !

Trainer tonight.  I have been out of town for a funeral for the last couple of days, and i"m just getting back into my routine.

Gonna try some light strength training tonight for the first time since surgery! Then 30 minutes or so on a treadmill.

I thought I wasn't cleared for strength training for six weeks... just looked over my paperwork again and found out I could have been doing this stuff a week ago! Lol
