I don't know what I am going to do since I ended up running last night (which means no running today), probably take the little man for the walk I had planned yesturday and a Bob Harper Kettlebell workout.

Did great yesterday - 15,000+ steps, 277 stairs plus 182 crunches.
Today, probably not so much. Broke a tooth last night, so dentist at 10:45. Then the 2nd of three Orthovisc injections in my right knee so no extra walking for me. Will try to do an upper body weight workout tonight assuming I'm not zonked, but it might end up being a rest day.

I'm going to pull out my turbo jam dvd's and see where I am at with that...considering that doing some weed wacking this weekend had me feeling like I'd been hit by a bus, I am hoping that I can at least get through the 30 min workout. How are the kettlebell workouts? I have heard great things about them. This is a great thread..thanks!
