Personal trainer tonight. Never know what I'll be doing except for sweating....a lot.  If I'm still breathing when he's done, I'll drag myself to the ellipital to do intervals for 20 minutes.

I did a 25 min walk during my lunch break... And I think I may play the "move your body video by beyonce" when I get home... I may do it 3 times... It's a great work out... Plus I can't dance so it is gun to do

I have an hour training session scheduled in 10 mins with my personal trainer.  I am sure he will be kicking my butt today!

 Crappy day, family drama, no real exercise. I did do 35 mins on the trampoline with the baby and got in over 14,000 steps.

I did 35 minutes on a treadmill... 3.2 mph on an incline the entire time (alternated between 7% and 12% and everything in between
