I am looking to move out of my parents house in July, so my future roommate and I went and looked at an apartment today and then went out to a Mexican restaurant afterwards.  I ordered the seafood fajitas because I have been craving scallops like mad lately.  I figured, oh I can finish this easily, and I probably could have if I tried, but I know my dietitian wouldn't approve of me stuffing my face until my stomach ached like I usually do.  I had room for them, calorie-wise since I hadn't eaten much for lunch, but I decided to stop before I was full and I asked for a box.  I ended up taking about half of my meal home.  I'm just glad that I could tell myself to stop.  Sure I was thinking about the food while it was there, and I nibbled on it a bit while I waited for the box, but once it was in the box it was out of sight, out of mind kind of thing.  I got a little hungry a few hours later and had a little bit of it as a snack though, but there is still quite a bit left for me to enjoy for tomorrow.

Also a scale related victory is that I have lost about 11lbs since I started this journey in March, which may not seem like much to people who have had the surgery, but I'm just doing little things to change my diet and prepare myself for surgery.  Some of my pants have even been getting looser which is nice.

Highest Weight ~400, Surgery Weight 293, Current Weight 227, Goal Weight 180

Highest BMI: 59.1, Current BMI: 32, Goal BMI: 25
