does anyone now how to get rid of 'xtra skin, besides surgery? i'm told to stay hydrated, and that should help.............................

In a nutshell, you may as well start saving for plastics as soon as you get home from the hospital post vsg. Very few wls patients make it to goal without wanting/needing some kind of plastics.
