45 minutes of advanced Tae Bo and I'm gonna try to get in at least 15-20 minutes of walking on my break!

 30 min of eliptical and 30 min of tredmill for cardio. then did a few arm strength machines :)

1 hour of beach volleyball (we technically only play for 45 minutes though because of the breaks in between the games)

Yesterday I got in my 1 hour of gardening AND one hour of karate.

Today is the same. If I can survive 3 days of karate this week, maybe I can keep it up.

Karate kicks my ass. I have bruises on my pinky fingers - where the hell did they come from?

Woohoo! Knee recovered quickly this week and the shot series is over for the year.

Today's goal is 10,000 steps and I'm at 8,194. Should pick up the rest shortly, as I'm headed out into our inventory yard to do some spot checks. If it continues to feel this good I'll take a short walk this evening and go ahead for the 12,000. If not, will definitely shoot  for that tomorrow.

My daily average in the last 22 days since I got my Striive tracker is 9,968 steps, which considering I was slowed down 5 of those days by the knee injection is not bad. If I hit 12,000 today that will bring it over 10,000 and my goal will be to keep it there.

Today is pushups. Target of 42 today or so says my app.
