I just did 1 hour of Zumba and 15 min on the elliptical and 15 on the bike.I am starting to do more classes now Zumba,Circuit training, Boot camp,at the gym the machines are starting to bore me a little.Got to keep it fresh!

I'm resting today. Fire haze is horrible right now and I need to nurse some minor injuries from karate.

My daughter has a choir performance tonight, so no weights with my hubster.

Just chillin' and putting in a movie or reading the new Nora Roberts book.

Did 1.3 miles with my dog this morning for about 25 minutes. Will do 70 minutes this afternoon on my stationary bike. This is my routine and I stick to it about 99% of the time.

Thursday's I coach 10-12 yr old girls softball. So I will be running around chasing balls and doing drills with the girls for an hour and a half.

I'm at 8840 steps so far. I hit 15,000 yesterday and am hoping to match that again today.

Today is abs.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

 Just 30 minutes of walking. 1.25 miles. Had to dial it back  a little until I get cleared for more next week :)

Did a quick 1.25 mile on the treadmill (18 minutes) and then did an hour of Strength Training...weights, kettlebells and some boxing. 

Tonight I'm doing an hour of water aerobics! I feel great!
