My Tummy is mad!

I am pre-op, my surgery is scheduled wed. 5/23
Ever since Friday night I have been having severe and constant pain in my abdomen, I came to the E.R. yesterday urine and blood samples are ok they checked and its not my gallbladder and they sent me home even though I still had pain. This morning it seems worse...several more tests later including CT scan and I am still like at 8 on the pain scale, and waiting for results. Its frustrating to be in all this pay and I keep praying its nothing that will impact my upcoming surgery
Just needing to vent and wondering if anyone has been through anything like this?

 Does it get worse with greasy foods?  That would be a gallbladder problem.  Try some yogurt, that hould help your stomach.  

No I actually wasn't eating greasy foods, I wasn't eating anything once the pain started, but after all the tests they didn't see anything. Not my apendix or my gallbladder, and thankfully the pain is now virtually gone

 I had terrible pain when I was not drinking enough water, it was a kidney stone.  Are you drinking water?  Glad the pain is gone....
