108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)

It is My Fitness pal. It lets you track your calories, exercise etc. I am new to it so not able to give you that much info on it. It is an app on my phone that is also excessible on computer. I am using it as another tool to help me reach my goal in my journey.

Oh yeah I used that awhile back when I was doing weigh****chers. But it wasn't too convient since I didn't have a smart phone. But now it would be. Thanks! :-)
