Been a snacky day.
Ugh. I have 2 projects due today. I just finished one. The other is due in 3 hours. I kept putting it off because I am totally out of my element doing this stupid project and so I put it off until I can't possibly get it done.
So, today, I have been very 'snacky'. I have had a Babybel light and a pickle. Not bad snacks, just not as useful as they need to be. I was dying for something crunchy. My calories are still really low for the day but snacking causes me to not get as much liquid in because of all the time I have to spend waiting.
I think I'm about to make myself drink a protein shake and just focus on fluids.
Just trying to figure out why I'm snacky and it's definitely anxiety related. Damn these feelings being drug up.
