June 26 will be my rebirth day!
I researched, prayed, talked (my poor husband got the worst of that!), talked to my doctor (who is quite cheerful about doing my aftercare), then made my decision. I'm booked for my gastric sleeve surgery on June 26. 
I couldn't find a flight that would land in San Diego at the right time, so my husband and I are going to fly there a couple of days early and be tourists until it's time to meet our driver at the airport on the 26th.
I'm feeling really great about my decision and well prepared, thanks to all of you and the classes I took locally.
