One Year Check-up and Fun NSV
Just got back from the surgeon and he is very pleased! My BMI has dropped by 24 points so far and my blood work looks awesome! He wants 30 lbs more off by December - I'm gonna try for 40lbs!
Now for the fun NSV - while walking the dogs my daughter wanted to go down the slide at the park - she did - so I thought what the hell - climbed through the tube and went down the slide - weeeee! My ass now fits down a slide!
