7 down, 3 days and counting until surgery

My pre-op diet has been hard for me. I am on the Optifast shake diet...no other liquids. My surgery is also scheduled for Tuesday. Its been hard not to eat the good smelling meals my kids are eating. Its hard changing life long habits. Good Luck to you!

 Good luck to you also Sunshine.  I went to Graduation cookout yesterday afternoon.  Went better than I thought as far as seeing others eat when I couldn't. I just kept thinking about how next year I could nibble on the yummy looking watermelon they had.  lol Luckily, it was across the street so when they broke out the cake and ice cream I came home and had my chicken soup. I thought off and on all night about surgery so I think I'm finally getting anxious. Two days to go for us...woot!!
