Caffine?

How soon after surgery can we have caffine? Like in coffee or tea? not soda but a regular cup of coffee?

My book says 6 months as caffine can irritate our stomachs. But as with everything else, every doctor is different. :)

Im 6.5 weeks out and have been drinking coffee at 4 weeks! Ask you Dr. they are all different
