Shirataki tofu noodles

If you are making lasagna, just put them in raw like you would noodles. If you want to make spaghetti, I just quickly saute them in a pan with some garlic and a very small bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. It doesn't take long, maybe a minute or two till the garlic is soft. I toss them a lot while cooking. Just had some tonight! Yum.

I am pre op with my surgery date 6/27 too. :)  I have tried these and I hated them I could not get past the smell and rinsing them didnt help for me.  The texture is ok the smell is fishy it just wasnt right for what was suppose to mock a noodle lol.

I guess I won't be trying them since I do not like fish and a fishy smell always make my stomach turn but it did help a lot to here ppl's experience w/ the noodle

I like 'em.  I'd buy them when I was on the Atkins diet last year.
