Hi Gabby,
Doing great, thanks.  I just have one spot that is really sore inside
 when I bend over.  It can be downright painful.  Bending does not
agree with me. It's on my right side.  My next appointment with the
surgeon is July 10th.  I will be 7 weeks out by then.  That may be
the last surgeon's follow-up appointment required. I still do not
seem to have much energy. I could sleep all day.  They haven't
given me any info on support group meetings yet.  I had been going
to one in Riverside, but thought it would be better to go to the one's
in Fontana.  The weight loss is going really slow for me.  Right now
I am a bit disappointed since I follow plan.  I do know the loss can be
slow for some people.  Still do not feel hungary at all.  I just eat
according to schedule.  I still have my gall bladder so the surgeon
put me on medication to help prevent gall stones.  He said I will be
on it for at least six months.  They are capsules which are much
easier to swallow.  July will be a busy month. I have Jury Duty on
July 2nd; surgeon's appointment on July 10th; eye appointment on
July 31st.  Somewhere in there I would like to drive to Yuma, Arizona
to visit my sister for a few days.  I don't know what made me think that
retiring would give me all the time in the world to do whatever I want.
