Super Obese to Obese

VSG on 03/05/12

I started my VSG journey at a BMI over 51.4 - Super Obese

I didn't even realize when I went from Super Obese to just Extremely Obese...

Today my BMI is 39.6 making me regular old Obese!

Never thought I would be so excited to be obese until I realized how far I've come!

Next up - Overweight!

HW: 350+ (I didn't look after that) SW: 328

I am so very happy for you! You are making this happen, you have already come such a long way. What a great post for me to read first thing in the morning, very inspirational.

That's awesome good for you... When I went for my 3 month last week my Dr told me the same thing

I think I was more excited to hit "overweight" on the BMI chart than to enter ONEderland. It was just a great feeling!!
