Grapevine Mills Mall

I'm 1 week post-op today and I walked that big ass thing today while sipping Isopure. From start to fini****'s 1 mile. I'm the good kind of tired and not hurting one bit. Staples come out tomorrow

Way to go!! You are doing better than me! It wore me out going to the grocery store 1 week post-op. No way I could of done that mall!!

Now I want to go shopping!! :)

Congrats that's a huge accomplishment.  As long as you are not hurting, its really great to walk.  I started out very early too and I think it helped me heal faster.
