today was my weigh in day. I stepped on the scale after my shower and I saw 197.2. I didn't scream or anything, I step off and i step on again and it say the same number. So it must be true. LOL

I lost 2.8 this week. Not a big lost by some people standards but I take it. This lost makes my grand total in three weeks 32.8. Not bad. I'll take it.
