i have an 11 year old step daughter who will only eat what i eat when we have her for visitation. No more junk food for her in our house

Also my 20 year daughter has kidnapped my VSG bible and is trying to follow the diet to lose the extra weight she has gained over the last year. So I can really appreciate this post and how much we can influence our children, even when we don't realize they are paying attention.
