I actually have the dvd The Secret that my therapist gave to me last week. I'm watching it tonight after I get the kids to bed. Hopefully it does something for me.
That's wonderful! I break it out and watch it from time to time just to refresh things. Many people won't buy into it, it takes a bit of an open mind to truly accept and believe it, but it has certainly worked for me.
It's good to hear it's worked for someone else. In the past 10 months of therapy I've been open to trying pretty much anything. I want better physical health as well as better mental health. Hopefully it works for me.
