Congrats on your missing 80lbs!

2:30-3pm is usually the time of day for many, many people where our circadian rhythms take a dip. Hence siestas in some countries, 3pm espresso fixes in others. I try very, very hard not to drink coffee but to drink more water and go for a walk. I swing my arms, get the oxygen moving through my body. It works sometimes, sometimes I have to go for the java.

Nothing wrong with you - it's very common. :)

I get that often as well. I think having a small snacks helps me. A handful of nuts, string cheese, some fresh fruit, jerky, something to light the system......

It is very common for people on high protein and very low carb diets to feel fatigue and sluggishness. Reason being is that the proteins take longer to digest and sit with us longer than carbs do, so it takes more work for our digestion system to process. Also carbs are primarily used for energy. Since we are not feeding ourselves much carbs, our bodies have to turn to the fat storage as fuel to move us and get its energy from. This process can take some time for the body to get used to.

Best way to combat this is to have a light snack, when you feel tired. I like a handful of peanuts. Also taking a vitamin D supplement could help with this. I use vitamin D drops on my food, each morning, since I am vit D deficient. Here is a few articles that help to shed some light on why we get tired so easily on our restricted diet plans. However, it may also be time for some lab work on your vitamin levels, and remember, when in doubt, get it checked out.
