I had 1/2 cup of tomato soup, 1/3 cup small curd cottage cheese, then another 1/2 cup of tomato soup.  Oh, I also had my one protein shake yesterday.  I did just fine.

I had 3 protein shakes, 2 SF jellos, and broth... still on pre op :(

Oh well, was worth it!

thanks for all a the great responses. I think we all did a wonderful job, this was my first holiday since my WLS and it was a challenge for me. Like many of you I over came the holiday temptations...
