actually it was like the week of night of the living dead. i';m pretty sure i had a bad case of heat exaustion. i was falling all over the place and couldn't get all my fluids in and i was outside for days on the hottest days we've had.

it was pretty miserable and i refused to go to ER. so i'm dumb.

i got out of bed about 20 mins ago and didn't fall over so that is progress.

i am finally at 199. i was stuck at 202 for about 3 weeks.

Sip sip sip. It's so important. You can really hurt yourself.
I'm a former Coast Guard Medic. Do not under estimate dehydration.
It can cause liver and kidney issues.

Surgery date = 6-25-2012
