Got sleeved yesterday

I got sleeved yesterday. So far the pain is tolerable, I have been
walking a lot. I don't feel physically hungry yet, but I am having crazy
cravings. And my stupid head won't stop thinking about food. Ughhh so
frustrating!!!!

Thank you all for your kind encouraging words. I have been pushing myself to walk a lot and it does help with gas. I am still learning how to slow and how to deal with hunger. Thank you for your kind
