Unjury Unflavored Protein
I am 12 days post-op and 27 lbs down. Woot! I will be beginning the puree/mushy stage on Tuesday. I would like to try Shelley's Ricotta Bake and add some of the protein into it. Can I bake with this powder? I know not to add to liquids hotter than 140 degrees, but I wasn't sure about adding to baked foods, etc. At this point, this powder will probably be my greatest source of protein. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
