More Complex Foods?

some men can't relate to what happens to women hormonally speakin every month, peri-meno..women at all... Ive seen it hundreds of times. They don't get it...maybe from PMSn and not even having ovaries? I dunno

Sodium...BIG problems for you especially around this time. So watch them processed, man made foods! even cottage cheese! ...and water retention & weight gain due to ^^^sodium ok!! Go as preseverative, fake food free as ya can...stevia products as sweetners..for awhiles anyway.
Please look into supplementin with Fish Oil /Krill oil.. k.o better bioavailable, small but more expensive. and BUMPIN UP THAT CALCIUM!! , L-carnitine to help with hormonal carb cravings is great too ...throw a SuperBcomplex or B50 in before bed for xtra Vit B 5 &6...A 5-HTP (tryptophan) ...for stressin! before bed! ....all help you during this time wont hurt you!

Keep up with yer IRON, B12 yer vits mins k! so important. We get soooo little nutrients from food.
If you EVER get a chance...log your intake on SUPERTRACKER (link below) just a few days! You won't find nothin close online that looks at nutrients in foods we eat, what we lack as this site! nothing remotely close! .... but you will see HOW LITTLE we do get from food....eating less with less of a stomach! Making those supps we're required to take for life... VITAL!! .....

I just started my supplements again with the blessing of my doctor. I'm currently taking Biotin, Accuflora (probiotics), MegaRed, Calcium Chew, and a multivitamin.
I actually also ordered some organic wheat grass pills. All the reviews are amazing.
What you said really makes sense about the sodium, though, and I love my salty stuff. I have been crunching on celery when I get snacky with some ranch dressing but I really want to try making my own dip with Greek yogurt.
I do need to have more natural meats I think. I had just chicken breast tonight. Last night I had a Babybel and a little lunch meat. Lunch meat is high in sodium, too, though! Plus I do have those 100-calorie Beef Jerky packs. Sodium again, I"m doomed! lol.
