DC/MD/VA meet-up???

hi all!

i'm not the best organizer in the world, but i think it would be fun for those of us in the DC Metro area (and beyond!) to get together in some fashion.  i love OH and i'm here all the time, but nothing beats having a real person to talk to!!!!

i'm sure we could come up with some central location!  ideas, anyone?!?!!??!?!?!

Somewhere in the DC suburbs of either MD, or VA. No brilliant suggestions other than that.

I'd be interested!  I'm pre-op.  Maybe Columbia? Of course, I didn't grow up here, so my sense of geography and what constitutes a "central locaton" may not be the best!

I've seen about 8-10 posters showing doc names that I recognize as local -- and I don't see lots of posts.  Maybe we should message them individually?  I'll message you later!

 I live on the Eastern Shore but would love to meet up with others. I work in Lanham (rt 50 and the beltway) so I'd be interested if it wasn't too far.

 yay!!!!  so glad to get responses!  where are all my VA and DC folks?!?!?!?  LOL  i can see that we may need to head Maryland-wards.  i'm not afraid to go across a bridge, but i am kind of DC-area -centric, so maybe we could keep it at Silver Spring?????

Dave and Buster's sounds like fun, but maybe to wild and crazy for a first-time get-together!

There's always my house in Arlington!  We'll keep planning and i'll post this back at the top to see who else we can tempt!
