460/380 ,Thats the same shirt but clearly you can see the difference in the two.I'm currently 371.0 i've lost 84.3 since surgery on 3-13-12.The first 2 months was hard but i've gotten better and everyday i'm learning something new and loving my tool.Having this surgery has changed me,Not only physically but mentally as well.It's crazy to see all the changes i now have a collarbone.
