I am almost 4 months out and still get very full very fast whenever I eat. i love my sleeve. My question is regarding water. Before the surgery I was a water chugger. Now, I can still chug, but the quantities are far smaller than before the surgery. Will drinking water quickly stretch my sleeve?
I know we are supposed to sip sip sip, but sometimes I just need to chug. Thanks so much

No, it can't stretch your sleeve,  The sip,sip sip rule is usually just for the first 4  weeks while your stomach is healing. Sometimes if you drink to fast in the beginning you can get sick. By now you should be over that and can drink more at one time.

I agree with Maddie... liquids don't stay in our tummies very long, so once you get past the first few weeks, drinking more at a time shouldn't hurt you.

Having said that, I don't think I'll ever be able to chug quite like I did before.

Otherwise I take normal mouthfuls or I will never get 70 oz. down.
