My newly discovered secret of getting more water in...

A smaller cup.

I got a clear Starbucks thermal cup that holds about 10oz and I actually have been drinking more! I don't know if it's because it doesn't seem so daunting, or that with less water it stays colder longer (I have to have it iced) or what, but I've actually had to pee more than once during the day!

I'm still not at the ultimate goal (1/2 my body weight in oz), but the smaller, clear cup has helped immensely.

Thanks for the tip!  I may give this a try.

I discovered the same thing last week.  When I'm home I drink out of a small cup (6oz).  I'm constantly refilling it with water and lemon.  I was thinking it was that I enjoyed the lemon water better than the Crystal Lights...or maybe that it's colder.  Like you, I'm not exactly sure why, but I do better with my small cup than with a bottle of water!

That's so funny - I do better with multiple small volumes than I do with one giant bottle as well.  I agree it stays cold longer, and it's empty much faster.  Plus I have to get up to get more, so that gets me a few extra steps in each day as well!

I like to get the 32 oz powerades...i like the fact i only have to drink a few of those rather than so many smaller. Everyones different! :)
