1 turkey sausage
S: hard boiled egg
L: jimmy johns turkey unwich with turkey, cheese, avocado, tomatos, and cucumbers
pre workout snack: healthwise lemon meringue protein bar
dinner: uhm, haven't thought that far ahead today..
exercise: boxing
water: on track
vits: I forgot this morning

B- One scrambled egg mixed with half a teaspoon of ketchup
L- 2oz's of Turkey chili with beans
S- Half of some protein shake idk what flavor maybe chocolate mixed with PB2(just got my PB2 in the mail today so excited to try it out)
D- I'm not sure maybe grilled talapia again we may go out but what I get will be protein and healthy and only 2oz's
Water- On track
Vits- On track
Exercise- Doing 30 min to an hr of just dance with my daughter lol

I remember you as a vet from when I first had my surgery a year ago. He He
I was wondering how you are doing. You are so much further out than many on here. I thought I remember you posting about a little regain a long time ago. I wonder how you are doing now and how your journey was after a year out. I have lost all my excess weight but wouldn't mind losing a tad more. I still worry about regain. If you have time, could you share more about your experience after the first year.

Well today, I can talk the talk and walk the walk...I left work without attending our new work place BBQ...I said to the receptionist less calories for me to worry about..LOL

L: 2.5 oz canned tuna with a dab of fat free mayo and a tablespoon of dill relish
S: Light string cheese stick -- only 50 calories
D: 1.4 oz low sodium honey ham, .5 oz turkey pepperoni, light string cheese stick
Water: 6 cups so far
Vitamins: all done
Exercise: 20 minutes on recumbent bicycle, 20 minutes on machines, 20 minutes free weights
