Walking and Temp

Need some ideas where to walk when its 110*+ outside pre and postop. And for everyone the hints, stories and encouragement giving here is God sent. Thank You.

I am an early bird I walk real early in the morning... If its really hot outside I would walk around my home or back yard which is shaded well. Not sure if you are close to a mall but there are tons of mall walkers when it is hot outside

That's why I joined a gym; they don't call it "Hotlanta" for nothing. If a gym is out, definitely try your local mall, or even a large store like Home Depot or Lowes - you can weave up and down the aisles, AND get ideas for home improvement at the same time.

I'm in Arizona so I can help you here! Walk early morning, evening, at the gym, or at the mall. Or if you aren't walking very long you will be fine with lots of sunscreen and water. Have fun!
