Haven't tried the mint one yet -- saving that for a special occasion since so many folks here love it so much.  haha

I did have the banana creme one yesterday and thought it was just okay.  If you are looking for a great banana shake, boy, do I have the answer!  I've been using the Body Fortress powders from Wal-Mart and I really really like them -- and really really like the price!

I made the vanilla shake with a tblspoon of banana pudding powder and some almond milk and ice.  Seriously awesome.  Whenever I get around to finding a PB syrup or powder, I'll try adding that in.  That is going to be my new go-to -- although have to admit, not many of my grocery stores carry the banana.  And I'm talking big, main stores like Wegman's, etc.   So I stock up when I go to one that does.

Have you tried PB2?  It's the peanut butter powder...they press all the oil out of the peanuts so it has something like 80% less fat & calories.  I love it in my body fortress chocolate peanut butter shake.

I've been lazy about finding the PB2 although have been hearing about it.  Just so happens I placed an order on Amazon last night for some other stuff and added some PB2.  So I'll know very soon ..... yum!!  I have the choc/pb powder too and can't wait to try it!

Yep -- this stuff is addictive.  Love it.  I bought the 5 pound bag LOL  I make mine with a cup of water and 1 tablespoon of non fat dry milk.  Maybe I need to try some almond milk instead.  I use almond milk for other shakes, so probably very good.

Most of the Syntrax Nectar products are.  A lot of them are intended to be mixed with water only, such as Roadside Lemonade.

I'm waiting for my Roadside Lemonade and Apple to arrive - hopefully tomorrow or Friday. I've discovered that the Twisted Cherry is really yummy as a hot drink and am hoping they'll work out as a high protein version of hot lemon and apple cider.

if they sell the Matrix brand, they can usually order it for you in the flavor you want!
