I grew a goatee over a year ago, started wearing glasses two years ago, and I still get comments about both being new... (or about how gray my hair is getting)

instead of the 75+ pounds I've lost in the past five months, or the 150+ in the past three years...

Some people just can't figure out what's different about me...
