Yeah, woman won't see the same dramatic difference in this department.

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs. (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.
