Thank you, Rob. I'm actually pretty damn proud, just having some *false pride* issues with wanting to be at X weight by Y time. I know better. I know the point of all this isn't to get to some weight by a certain time, but staying at a certain weight (range) for the long term.
Your progress has been head-spinning and I love your committment and persistence. You are also kind to all the people that ask you questions and generous with your time. Thank you!
