5 months out!!!

I am happy to say yesterday was my 5 month mark! 71 pounds in 5 months, I am pleased to say the least!!!!!! It has been an adventure. I have never been thin and I am getting close. I am sitting here today with my husband as he is getting his lapband removed and having the RNY done. Please keep him in your prayers.

How many calories do you consume a day and is it your net calories after exercise or gross? Just looking for help at to the magic number.
