HOW MANY CALORIES DO YOU ALL EAT DAILY?
I am 6'2'' also! Sitting at 193 size 14. Are you exercising? I was losing about 10 pounds a month at 1200 cals and exercise. Hard to wrap my brain around gaining on 1500

I'm 5'10", but have a guy's metabolism with a fairly high lean mass (which is mostly what drives the resting metabolic rate) and a regular exerciser - not as extreme as some but better than most in that regard. I have been adjusting the input some since I went into a orthopedic rehab mode about three months ago, so exercise intensity has been down, but I have been allowing it to creep back up into the 2000 range as exercise has increased some again (tho not up to where it had been a few months ago.) On the other hand, a high energy breed puppy has been added to the mix, so physical activity time has increased.

Worked my way slowly up to 600-800 cals and stayed there till goal.
Now I'm really at goal, but still trying to get a little leaner so my normal daily intake is around 900-950, and an occasional off-plan weekend day can shoot as high as near 2000, so averaged weekly intake somewhere around 1100-1200/day. It's been working well for me, and my weight/BF% trend is still slowly going down.

I am 7.5 months out from surgery and I try to stay between 600-800 calories. Some days are tough but I push through. It feels like a good number and keeps my weight loss stable and consistent. I lost about 2-3 pounds per week right now...with a good 2 week pause every now and then.
Up until recently, I was consistently 600-800 calories a day. At five and a half months out, I now stay more between 700-900 most days, with an occasional peak at 1,000. I typically keep my carbs under 40 (under 50 on days when I plan to do lengthy sessions of intense cardio, since I'm training for my first 5k run). Protein is my primary source of calories still... I usually get in at least 100 grams of protein a day.
