Meh - don't worry about it.
Starting an entire carb popo thread to call out was kinda tacky. Public board, yes, but still tacky. The name calling is too....but, well, I guess people have to do that to feel better about themselves or to get high-fives from those around them.
I think some can't differentiate between "maliciousness" and tough love.
I've also not seen someone railed on just because they ate a carb, the carb issue is usually mentioned when someone complains they aren't losing or in a stall. As a matter of fact, I saw Frisco post not too long ago that it's not cheating if you fit it into your numbers.
Now I have seen harshness when some posts a "I'm 2 weeks out eating chips and candy and I just can't get in protein and I know I only get 10 oz. fluid a day...." but I know that harshness comes from severe shock and concern for terribly dangerous behaviors.

Elina,
I have been reading your posts for over 18 months. I have NEVER seen you post anything other than great advice, kindness and wisdom. You discuss YOUR journey and how you got to goal and maintenance. For anyone to be rude to you is ridiculous.
I appreciate EVERYTHING you share. Why? Because you have proven success. With all of the nasty attacks you have gotten on here, I don't know why you haven't just washed your hands of the whole thing and walked away. But I think I know why you haven't...because you care. Because you are afraid some of these newbies without a follow up plan, know what they are doing, or are just plain clueless, are going to hurt themselves,
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have contributed on this forum. Block the a##holes that don't want to hear the truth. You are the best!!
((hugs))
