... but how do you add heaviest weight, surgical weight and current weight?

HW: 292 - SW: 237 - GW: 165

(the first 55 lbs. was from Weight Watchers, over 2 years)

I don't think that is actually part of the ticker. You can add text to your signature underneath or below the ticker. Just keep an eye on size.
