i have the 100 calorie packs of beef jerky that I buy from BJs and I always have one in my purse for that reason.
Sometimes I get caught up in my day and I'm not hungry but know I should eat something. The original pack is 18g protein.
I also keep the 100 calorie packs of almonds in my car. I don't prefer to eat those unless I have the allotment for the day but in a pinch, it's better and pre-measured.

Any size Wendy's chili is a slider for me. I love it but don't eat it because I can EASILY eat 8 ounces of it in one sitting. And my full meter never went off either...
